Based on Council of Ministers Decision No. 491, dated 19.07.2017, “On the determination of rules, technical conditions, and maintenance standards for pressurized installations used for the processing, transportation, storage, and marketing of oil, gas, and their by-products,” Section V “Control of compliance with technical conditions” defines the role of the approved Conformity Assessment Bodies accredited in the field of certification and technical inspection of technological lines in the hydrocarbons sector. These bodies possess specific knowledge of the operation of these technological lines, for the issuance of the Technical Certificate, which demonstrates their compliance with the applicable technical rules and regulations.

EP Group ‘Ergi Pink’ Sh.p.k, as an Approved Conformity Assessment Body, in implementation of Council of Ministers Decision No. 491, dated 19.07.2017, and Ministerial Order No. 315, dated 24.08.2017, issues Technical Certificates for entities engaged in the processing, transportation, and marketing of oil, gas, and their by-products.

Based on Ministerial Order No. 315, dated 24.08.2017, entities seeking to obtain a Technical Certificate must first submit a request to EP Group ‘Ergi Pink’ Sh.p.k and complete the required documentation.
